Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the item meets the return conditions below.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note:
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” at checkout


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please use the Returns Center on the Mango Monkey website. Provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Please do not send your item back without submitting a return request first.


5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size, color, or faulty items. Please submit a request through the Returns Center and select the exchange option if available.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived within 7 business days after approval:

  • Check your bank or payment account

  • Contact your card provider or payment platform

  • If the issue persists, revisit the Returns Center for support
